      • Trained kitchen designers the sales process, from initial contact to finalizing deals.
      • Provided ongoing support for kitchen designers beyond their three-month onboarding period by answering questions, assisting with customer interactions in
      • the showroom, and developing sales guides as reference materials.
      • Went door-to-door looking for new leads.
      • Open and closed the business, and released payroll from bank.
      • Help with Marketing and creating a brochure
      • Liaison for product vendors to display their products in our showroom.
      • Redesigned the company website.
      • Setup social media accounts Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest etc…
      • Worked closely with ownership and a marketing company to design a brochure.
    • Research & Development
      • Found a replacement for the company’s aging inventory management software to one that is user friendly and has excellent customer support.
      • Found a replacement for a wall-mounted punch clock.
      • Worked with Telus to implement VOIP phones so voicemails can be answered away from the office.
